The Cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 guests plus a child under two in a travel cot.

Only guests listed on the booking form can stay in the property without the owners written consent.

Yes – you may bring one dog fully house trained that is neither aggressive breed or a mix of aggressive breed.

No other pets are accepted.

Please do not leave your dog alone in The Cottage.

There is a non refundable pet fee £50. Please refer to our dog policy in T&C’s.

The interior of The Cottage  is no-smoking of any substance including cigarettes and e-cigarettes.

Smoking is only permitted outdoors with all doors and windows closed.

Should it be found that this clause has been breached, the security bond will not be returned at the end of the rental period and will be used to pay for a deep clean on the cottage.

• Standard arrival/checkin time is between 1600 hrs – 2300 hrs.

• Departure checkout is 1000 hrs.

We pride ourselves on making sure The Cottage is spotlessly clean for your stay.

The period between 1000hrs – 1600hrs allows our cleaners enough time to got the premises ready for you after our previous guests have departed and are heading home.

However, for direct bookings as long as there are no arrivals or departures on the relevant days, we offer extended times free of charge and you may arrive/check in from 1300 hrs and depart/checkout by 1200 hrs.

You will be given my personnel mobile number so that you can contact me to solve any problems that may arise. I live directly behind The Cottage so can come and assist if it cannot re resolved over the phone.

Children are welcome but the premises are not fully childproofed. Please see T&C’s for full details.

Please read carefully our cancellation policy and note we strongly advise guests to purchase travel insurance so you receive a full refund in the event you are unable to make your reservation at the last minute.
